在數字資產交易中，證明資金的合法性至關重要，這是確保合規性和透明度的關鍵步驟。個人資金來源通常分為“資金來源（SoF）”以及“財富來源（SoW）”兩個部分：

1、資金來源（SoF）：

資金來源主要指的是您用於 OKX 交易的資金流來源，比如個人工資收入、銷售資產、借款資金、他人贈與資金、來自個人其他交易所/錢包的資金等等。若您擁有多個資金來源，請選擇 【近期且主要】 用於入金的那一項。提醒您，若您使用自己的“某筆資金”向他人購買了數字資產，您應該提供的是這“某筆資金”的來源證明文件，不應提供他人的資產信息或您的賬戶入金畫面。

舉例說明：

  • 假設您轉移到平臺使用的資金來源是個人工資，您可選擇“工作收入”作為認證項目，並提交可證明工資收入的文件，如正式簽發的僱傭合同或者薪水單。

  • 假設您是將房子銷售所得資金轉移到平臺使用，您可選擇“非數字資產出售”，並提交房屋的銷售協議文件或者納稅文件進行認證。

  • 假設我通過 OKX 的 C2C 交易功能購買了 100 USDT，購買數字資產的錢來源於我的薪水，我就只需要在資金來源項目上選擇 “工作收入”。

2、財富來源（SoW）：

財富來源主要指的是您積累個人主要財富和淨資產的途徑，或指個人整體資產的來源；一般是通過就業、企業所有權、投資或繼承等方式累積而成。舉例說明：

  • 比如我有多個收入渠道，但是佔我個人財富最大比例的是薪資收入，我就只需要在財富來源項目上選擇“工作收入”。

為什麼需要提供資金來源和財富來源的證明？

平臺致力於為所有用戶打造一個健康、安全的交易環境，確保賬戶中資金的合法性至關重要。因此設立了嚴格的賬戶安全保護措施，在此過程中，需要您配合提供、更新或補充賬戶信息，若您收到平臺發出的提示，只需按照提示完成相應的處理即可。

此外向您說明，此次認證並非針對某一筆特定充值或交易進行審查，主要目的是完善您的賬戶信息。

我如何查看這份問卷？

App 渠道：

  • 在 App 首頁點擊【請補充信息】，您將會進入對應的認證頁面。

  • 進入 App 首頁> 【個人中心圖標（左上角）】>【個人頭像】>【個人資料】>【身份認證】 >【立即認證】。

網頁端：在網頁端點擊右上角【個人頭像】> 【身份認證】

溫馨提醒：若未在提示日期之前處理相關認證，將被自動限制賬戶功能。

如何提供資金來源和財富來源的證明？

為了順利完成驗證，請確保您提供的文件符合以下要求：

  • 使用最新版本的 App ： 確保您的應用程序已更新至最新版本，以獲得最佳的文件上傳體驗。

  • 清晰可讀： 提交的文件必須清晰、完整、可讀，所有內容必須完全可見，沒有任何部分被裁剪、遮擋或模糊。

  • 信息準確且最新： 提供的信息必須真實、準確、最新，能夠反映您的實際情況。

  • 完整的文件： 所有合同、協議等文件必須已簽署並註明日期，且包含相關機構簽章與擡頭等基本信息。

  • 金額清晰： 文件上涉及的金額與相關項目內容必須清晰可見。

可接受的證明文件有哪些？

請注意：一般情況下，一份文件已足夠驗證，但請確保您準備的文件包含所需的關鍵信息。

文件參考範例

1、個人工作收入的資金

薪資收入是常見的資金來源與財富來源證明，為幫助您順利完成薪資收入的驗證，我們整理了常見的證明文件類型。您可參考《資金來源和財富來源-薪資類型指南》。

個人工作收入包括但不限於薪資、獎金、福利等收入，可以是正式受聘、兼職或者臨時工等情況。一般常見、可證明工資資金來源文件有最新的薪資單、銀行對賬單（顯示工資記錄）、僱傭證明書等；其他證明文件也有社保繳費記錄或者臨時簽發的在職證明。

注：明確顯示個人工作基本信息與金額。

2、個人生意收入的資金

2-1、來自獨資/個體戶的收益

如果您的資金來源是個人的生意收入（獨資/個體戶），您可以選擇【企業擁有權】，並且提交您的“營業執照”以及“生意用的銀行賬戶對賬單”（顯示近 3 個月流水明細）。如果恰好手上沒有這兩份文件，您亦可參考上面表格的建議文件，或嘗試提交以下資料：

  • 個人所得稅納稅記錄

  • 服務/產品銷售的合約、收據或發票等

  • 負責人薪資單

  • 財務報表

2-2、來自網店平臺的收益

如果您的資金來源是個人的網店收益，如：淘寶、閒魚、等網店平臺，您可以選擇【企業擁有權】，並且提交以下資料進行認證：

  1. 銀行對賬單：顯示有過去 3 個月的網店收入記錄、包括金額、活動摘要、日期等信息；如銀行或電子錢包賬戶對賬單。

  2. 網店營業證明：顯示有實名姓名、網店名稱與其他註冊信息等內容。如“網店註冊證明”以及“營業執照。

  3. 網店店鋪交易賬單：顯示有過去 3 個月的網店買賣記錄以及出金記錄等內容。

3、資產銷售所得的資金

資產出售是指一些貴重、有形資產出售所得資金，比如車輛、房子、名錶等出售所得資金。
您可以選擇【資產出售】，一般需要以下文件即可認證個人資金來源：

  1. 正式、完整的銷售協議/合同（顯示完整的資產出售信息，包括雙方姓名、金額、日期、出售項目等）

  2. 銀行對賬單（顯示有資產銷售資金入賬記錄）

4、通過借款得到的資金

現實生活中有各類的借貸的項目，您可以依據個人情況去參考與提交借款證明文件。比如借貸合同、顯示借款入賬的銀行對賬單、借款賬戶賬單記錄、貸款繳費記錄等等文件進行驗證資金來源項目。

4-1、我是向銀行、借款公司取得借款資金，應該提交什麼文件來驗證資金來源呢？

如果您的資金來源是來自個人的借款或者信貸資金，您可以選擇【貸款或信貸】，並且提供以下文件：

  1. 正式、完整的借貸協議/合同

  2. 銀行對賬單（顯示有借貸資金入賬記錄）

注意：我們一般需要正式簽發的完整文件，信息不全的資料將無法接納，建議您向貸款提供方索取。

4-2、我是私下跟朋友/家人/親戚的借款，應該提交什麼文件？

如果您的資金來源是向親朋好友借貸、需償還的資金，您可以選擇【貸款或信貸】，然後需提交以下文件至 App 認證頁面：

  • 借條/欠據（借款時與債權人簽訂的文件字據）

  • 轉賬記錄（如正式的銀行微信對賬單等，顯示有借款入賬記錄）

若恰好沒有與對方簽訂借條/欠據，請聯繫客服尋求更多協助。

5、他人無償贈與的資金（朋友/家人的贈與資金）

如果您的 OKX 賬戶資金是源自朋友或家人的無償贈與，請您聯繫客服尋求更多協助。

6、從其他交易所轉來的資金

若您的資金來源是來自“個人名下持有的其他交易所賬戶/錢包（比如自己實名的幣安賬戶轉賬到 OKX）”，請您選擇與個人情況最接近的項目，並需要您提交該交易所的“PDF 實名提幣對賬單（顯示有轉賬 OKX 賬戶的記錄）”。

注：若在導出 PDF 文件過程中有任何困難，您可諮詢對方交易所客服協助。

如果確認無法提供 PDF 正式文件，辛苦您儘可能提交以下資料：

  • 資金來源交易所賬戶的個人信息頁截圖（必須展示清楚您的賬戶郵箱、名稱或電話聯繫）；

  • 資金來源交易所賬戶提幣流水記錄截圖（需展示有轉賬至您 OKX 賬戶的交易記錄）；

  • 資金來源交易所轉賬至您 OKX 賬戶的交易記錄截圖（提供 1 ~ 3 筆記錄；金額、交易信息、交易地址與時間需清晰可見）

7、Web 3.0錢包轉來的資金

7-1、個人持有的其他 Web3.0 錢包轉來的資金

如果您的資金來源是來自您個人持有的 Web3.0 錢包轉賬到您的 OKX 賬戶，請您選擇與個人情況最接近的項目，並提供您的 Web 3.0 錢包中的一些畫面截圖：

  1. 提幣到 OKX 賬戶的幣種餘額截圖（錢包內幣種餘額頁面，顯示金額、地址與餘額的信息）

  2. 相關幣種充提流水畫面截圖（需顯示錢包提幣流水記錄）

  3. 錢包提幣至 OKX 賬戶的提幣詳情截圖（近期幾筆提幣記錄，顯示金額、交易地址、哈希、時間等需信息）；

注：若文件較多，建議整合成一份 PDF 文檔進行提交。

7-2、個人持有的 OKX Web3.0 錢包轉來的資金

如果您的資金來源是來自您個人持有的 OKX Web3.0 錢包轉賬到您的 OKX 賬戶，請您同樣確認自身如何為您的 OKX Web3.0 錢包注資，並且選擇對應的資金來源進行認證。

假設，您使用個人的薪資收入購買了數字資產，為您的 OKX Web3.0 錢包注資，之後轉移到 OKX 賬戶使用，您同樣可選擇【薪資】，並且提供對應的文件進行驗證。
