How to Manually Request a Refund on the Relay Bridge Website

If your Relay cross-chain order shows as failed but you have not received a refund, follow the steps below to request a refund manually:

  1. Go to the official Relay website: https://relay.link/bridge.

  2. Click Connect wallet to connect your wallet.

  3. Click Transactions to find the failed order for which you have not received a refund. Alternatively, copy the source-chain transaction hash and use it to search for the order.

    4. Open the order details page and click Withdraw funds at the top. Complete the signature request in your wallet to withdraw the refund funds.
