Moving funds in Vietnam: Transfer to Exchange and adding from Funding balance

OKX Pay (your USDG/USDT/USDC wallet on X Layer) and your Funding balance (exchange and trading account) are separate. You can move funds between them freely with no fee.

Add from Funding balance to OKX Pay

  1. Go to the Pay tab.

  2. Tap Add funds → From Funding balance.

  3. Choose your asset and amount.

  4. Confirm. The transfer is typically instant.

Transfer from OKX Pay to Funding balance

  1. Go to the Pay tab.

  2. Tap Transfer to Exchange.

  3. Choose your asset and amount.

  4. Confirm. The transfer is typically instant.

Add funds via on-chain deposit (external wallet)

  1. Go to the Pay tab → Add funds → From external wallet.

  2. Select X Layer (recommended for zero network fees).

  3. Copy your deposit address.

  4. Send from your external wallet using the same network.

Important: Always verify the deposit address and network before sending. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed if sent to the wrong address or network.

Are internal transfers between OKX Pay and Funding balance free? Yes. No fees apply to transfers between OKX Pay and your Funding balance.
