What's P2P marketplace vouchers?
P2P marketplace vouchers are discount vouchers that you can claim and apply when placing buy orders on the P2P marketplace. When a voucher is applied, the cash amount you are required to pay is reduced — OKX covers the difference on your behalf.
Who can use vouchers?
Vouchers are available to eligible buyers on the P2P marketplace. Eligibility varies by voucher — each voucher may carry specific conditions, such as a minimum order amount or an expiry date. Please review the details of each voucher in your Voucher Center before applying.
Will I get a lower price as a taker?
You pay less. The discounted amount is the final amount you need to transfer to the merchant. OKX separately reimburses the merchant for the difference, ensuring they still receive the full trade value.
Where can I find my vouchers?
Browse the P2P marketplace — eligible ads will display a voucher indicator.
Tap into an ad to place an order. In the order preview, you will find a voucher section where you can claim and apply any available vouchers.

Visit the Vouchers center to view all available and claimed vouchers. Here you can browse vouchers you are eligible for, claim them, and review their conditions and expiry dates.

FAQ
Can I use a voucher on any ad?
Not necessarily. Each voucher specifies which ads it can be applied to, and the ad itself must also have vouchers enabled. If a voucher cannot be selected for a particular order, it may not satisfy the eligibility conditions for that ad or order size.

What happens to the order amount when I apply for a voucher?
The cash amount displayed on the order screen will update to reflect your discounted payment. You will see a clear breakdown showing:
Original order amount — the cash amount before the voucher is applied
Discount value — the amount deducted by the voucher
Amount you pay — the final cash amount you are responsible for

I could see vouchers yesterday, but they're gone today — what happened?
Vouchers are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Each campaign has a fixed supply of vouchers, and once all have been claimed, they will no longer be available. Stay tuned for the next campaign!
Is there an expiry date after I claim a voucher?
Yes. Each voucher has a limited validity period from the time it is claimed. After claiming, check the voucher details in your app to view the exact expiry date and ensure you use it before it expires.
What happens if my voucher expires before I use it?
Expired vouchers can no longer be applied to orders. You will need to wait for the next campaign — expired vouchers cannot be reclaimed.
What happens if I applied a voucher but my order was cancelled?
No worries — your voucher will be returned to you automatically. You can reapply it to any other eligible ad, provided it has not yet expired.
