OKX Orbit User Terms

OKX Orbit ("Orbit ") is a platform that allows OKX users to share ideas, insights, and discussion. These User Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in Orbit hosted on the platform operated by OKX (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By joining Orbit, you (hereinafter referred to as “User,” “user,” “You,” or “you”) agree to comply with these Terms and any additional rules that may be applicable.
These Terms shall supplement our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency of any term or provision set forth in these Terms and our Terms of Service, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence first to these Terms. All other provisions of our Terms of Service not modified by these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. All capitalised not defined herein shall have meaning ascribed to it in the Terms of Service.
User-generated content: Users may be allowed to create or post, content, messages, images or other information on Orbit ("User-generated Content"). For avoidance of doubt, User-generated Content shall also include any comments made by any user, in response to content posted by others on Orbit. All users are allowed to view, like, and share any User-generated content posted on Orbit. To maintain a safe and legally compliant environment, you agree to abide by our Content Policy for OKX Orbit, and OKX may, at its sole and absolute discretion, remove, restrict, or report any content or account that violates these Terms, the Content Policy for OKX Orbit or applicable law. We reserve our right to determine what content will be allowed on Orbit, and may also temporarily or permanently suspend any account access, disable features and/or report any unlawful content to authorities where required.
By posting or uploading User-generated Content on Orbit, you hereby grant OKX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, display and/or distribute such User Content. Users shall retain all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the original text, links, media, and other content he/she has created and published on the Platform. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of your ownership rights to your User-generated Content.
You are solely responsible for all your User-generated Content. By posting or uploading User-generated Content, you represent and warrant that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
No Financial Advice. All content shared within Orbit is for informational purposes only. Nothing posted therein shall constitute (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. OKX does not verify the accuracy of industry news or market analysis shared by users on Orbit.
From time to time, OKX may launch campaigns within Orbit. By choosing to participate in a Campaign, you agree to be bound by the specific rules, guidelines, and terms and conditions applicable to that particular event ("Campaign Terms"). These Campaign Terms will be made available to you at or before the launch of the Campaign and are hereby incorporated by reference into these overarching Terms.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OKX, its affiliates, and its and their officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Orbit's features.
While we have taken reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of the information on Orbit, the information and content on Orbit is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, reliability, completeness, performance and/or fitness for purpose of the content of any Services or products available through the OKX Platform, and disclaim all liability to the greatest extent allowed by applicable law for any loss or damage that may arise directly or indirectly from such User-generated Content.
Platform Rule
By participating, you acknowledge reading and understanding these disclosures and agree to comply with all program terms and applicable laws. By default, users who enter the Orbit page and participate therein have read and understood these Terms.
Participation in Orbit is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
Each user can only participate in one campaign in Orbit at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in the reward program: please refer to clause 3 of OKX's risk and compliance disclosure.
Orbit and any associated content is for informational and educational purposes only. Participants must through the tasks being completed (including content created or any promotional activities) not provide investment advice, make specific trading recommendations, or guarantee returns.
The user is solely responsible for any activities performed or content created to earn rewards, and must ensure that these are in accordance with applicable law. Participants must not make specific recommendations about digital assets.
Reward eligibility within the Orbit is subject to verification, compliance with the Terms of Service, and applicable laws. OKX reserves the right to modify or terminate Orbit at any time.
OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the reward, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from any rewards.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in Orbit without notice.

OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the Orbit at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating the Orbit, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the Orbit, and adjusting the reward program and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where OKX exercises any discretion under these Terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
