If you have a Pay account, the funds will automatically appear in your Pay balance. If you are an existing OKX user without a Pay account, you'll need to follow the Pay onboarding process to activate Pay. Then, the funds will automatically appear in your Pay balance. If you're a non-OKX user, you'll need to create an OKX account and a Pay account. Only then, the funds automatically appear in your Pay balance.
