What are decentralized applications (DApps)?
Here are some quick facts about DApps: Some of the scripts of code that power a DApp are deployed on a blockchain network such as Ethereum and are open-source. Unlike user data of traditional AWS-based applications, records of DApp users are kept on a public, decentralized ledger and are immutable. Users can interact with the distributed codes of DApps to create or modify their data, and the changes will have to be confirmed by the participating nodes in the corresponding blockchain networks.Published on 3 Nov 2022Updated on 6 Mar 202630OKX P2P general trading guidelines

(zk-Stark V2)
This speedup is due to the usage of the Plonky2 framework, which compiles Rust-coded circuits into efficient machine language instead of using slower Python scripts. We also enhanced Plonky2 to run some computations on GPUs, reducing the time by an extra 30%. Better auditability: With Version 2, we use a high-level framework that handles complex cryptographic details for us. This makes our code clearer, more readable, and less prone to errors.Published on 21 Oct 2024Updated on 11 Feb 202692
